ICM 48072 Spitfire Mk VII ace P. Brothers
One of the most distinguished British Aces of WWII on spitfire Mk. VII fighters was Wing Commander P.M. Brothers. During 1940-1944 he was confirmed with 16 enemy aircraft destroyed, one destroyed and lots damaged. During Allied invasion in Normandy P.M Brothers were headed Culmhead wing, including No 131 and No 616 squadrons. In the inventory of this Wing consisted of high-altitude fighters Spitfire Mk. VII. They executed high-altitude cover of bomber groups. P.M. Brothers were awarded with a DFC & Bar and DSO. Once scale model of the spitfire Mk. VII, representing one of P.M. Brother's mounts, is included in the kit, together with 8 figures representing RAF Pilots and Ground Personnel. Paints and glue are not included. Not suitable for children under 36 months contains small detachable parts. Made in Ukraine.
